What kind of photo should I provide of my cat?
For the best results, choose a clear, well-lit photo where your cat’s face and features are easy to see. Front-facing or three-quarter-angle photos work particularly well. Avoid heavily blurred, very dark or distant photos. If you’re unsure whether your photo will work, you can send it to us first and we’ll be happy to advise.
Will I see my artwork before it’s printed?
Absolutely. Every Meowgic portrait goes through our human-in-the-loop creative process. Once your artwork has been created and refined by our digital artist, we’ll send you a digital proof to review. You can request up to 3 revisions and adjustments. Your portrait won’t be printed until you’re happy with it.
How long will it take to receive my custom cat portrait?
Because every portrait is individually created, please allow time for the artwork to be produced, reviewed and printed before dispatch. Once your canvas is ready, it is carefully packaged and shipped to you within the UK. Your order confirmation will provide the latest estimated production and delivery timeframe.
What sizes and framing options are available?
Meowgic portraits are available in 3 canvas sizes to suit everything from smaller feature pieces to statement wall art. We also have 4 frame colours for you to choose from. Each piece is produced to showcase your cat's portrait beautifully in your home.
What happens if I'm not happy with my portrait?
We want you to love your Meowgic artwork before it reaches the wall. That’s why you receive a digital proof to review before we print. If something needs adjusting, we'll work with you to refine the artwork. Our aim is simple: you should be excited to see your cat transformed into art.
Do you offer other custom pet products?
Not yet, but very soon! We’re working on an exciting range of feline-inspired custom products, so there will be plenty more ways to celebrate your favourite furry ruler. Keep an eye on Meowgic for our upcoming launches!
Can I have two cats in the same portrait?
Not just yet, but very soon! We’re working on making multi-cat portraits available, so you’ll soon be able to immortalise two (or more!) of your feline companions together in one unique artwork.
What if I have a pet other than a cat?
Absolutely! While cats are our current speciality, our artists are happy to create custom artwork of any animal. Whether you have a dog, rabbit, bird or another beloved companion, get in touch and we’ll see what we can create together.
Why does my order take so longr to arrive?
Unlike standard print-on-demand products, every Meowgic portrait is carefully created and reviewed by our creative team before it goes to print. Our digital artists refine your cat’s portrait, and we send you a digital proof so you can approve it before we begin production. This extra care takes a little more time, but it means your finished artwork is something you’ll be proud to display.
